Rafael Bautista was born in central México, raised in Chicago, IL and lived in Southern California for over 15 years where he finished school and began his Real Estate career. His specialty in the Real Estate industry includes over 10 years experience as a loan consultant, sales agent and investor. He has a proven track record of customer satisfaction based on a reputation of honesty, integrity, superior negotiating skills and excellent customer service. His specialty is identifying the right opportunity based on each individual buyers needs whether they’re interested in residential, commercial, or land opportunities.
Rafael has traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe with a keen eye for Real Estate opportunities. Arriving to Playa del Carmen, he noticed a perfect combination of the European Riviera with the Mexican Caribbean.
